Just Cause 2

In Just Cause 2 the player controls the protagonist Rico Rodriguez, an Agency Operator, sent to Panau to find Tom Sheldon, the former commander, mentor and friend of Rico, now accused of stealing top secret intelligence and millions in funds from the agency.

To complicate things further, Panau was recently taken over by Baby Panay, a ruthless dictator, who rules the island with an iron fist; causing riots among its citizens. While three rival Factions, the Reapers, The Ular Boys and The Cockroaches, whose constant struggle for power and position often result in total street warfare, they take advantage of the turmoil. Rico must now work with these Factions to obtain information about his goal, causing his own brand of Chaos along the way.
